INTELLIGENCE / FLEET OPERATIONS

Begin with the duty cycle.

Let representative work and critical evidence shape a pilot.

Observe the work before choosing the pilot.

Representative routes, load, departure times and dwell windows create a more useful starting point than a fleet-wide average. Identify the exceptional day and the work that cannot be delayed. Assign a responsible operational owner.

Keep transport categories distinct.

The IEA treats vans, buses, trucks and light mobility as different modes with different regional development. An operator should use evidence for the intended vehicle class rather than a passenger-car example.

A charging balance is only one test.

The Charging Window model adds energy across vehicles and compares it with a constant-power window. Passing that arithmetic does not establish individual scheduling, electrical capacity or installation suitability. Record those assessments as separate evidence gates.

Do not average away a missing critical gate.

Fleet Readiness requires every critical gate to be marked ready for internal review. An incomplete route, access, installation, suitability, fallback or safety gate stays visible regardless of the overall percentage. Review actual evidence with the people responsible before expanding.
